1. Where do you deliver?
We currently offer local delivery within a 50-mile radius of Pasadena, California. If you're outside this area, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.


2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your delivery is scheduled.


3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to assist you before your order is processed for delivery.

4. Are your products authentic and sourced from the Philippines?
Yes! We specialize in authentic Filipino and Asian grocery products. We personally curate our inventory to bring you the flavors and brands you love and trust.


5. What if a product I want is out of stock?
While we do our best to keep all your favorites available, if a product is out of stock, you can contact us to request a restock notification or a special order if available.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and Shopify Payments. 


7. Are there any hidden fees?
No, all prices are clearly listed. Taxes and delivery fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.


📦 Shipping & Returns

8. Can I return or exchange items?
Due to the nature of grocery products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll work to resolve it.


9. What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
If you are unavailable during your scheduled delivery time, we will attempt to contact you. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order, or let us know if you'd like us to leave it at a safe location.
