We currently offer local delivery within a 50-mile radius of Pasadena, California.
If you are unsure whether you are within our delivery range, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after confirmation. -
Delivery Schedule:
Deliveries are usually made within 1–2 business days after your order has been processed. -
Delivery Days:
Monday to Friday (no weekend deliveries unless otherwise arranged) -
Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

Delivery is free for orders over $69.99.

Orders below the minimum are subject to a small delivery fee of $30.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address.
If no one is available:

If we cannot complete the delivery, the order may be rescheduled for an additional delivery fee.

🚫 Shipping Outside Local Area
At this time, Piso Online only delivers locally within Pasadena and nearby areas.
We do not currently offer nationwide or international shipping.
