Local Delivery (Los Angeles County + Pasadena Area)
- Coverage: Within 50 miles of Pasadena, CA.
- Processing Time: Orders typically processed within 24 hours.
- Delivery Window: Usually delivered 1–2 business days after processing (Mon–Fri).
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 12 PM PST are processed the next business day.

Fees:
- Free delivery for orders over $49.99.
- Orders below the minimum incur a $30 delivery charge.

Missed Deliveries:
- We'll contact you to reschedule (a small additional fee may apply).
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Nationwide Shipping (48 Contiguous States)
- We now offer UPS® Shipping across the U.S. (48 Contiguous States).
- How it works:
- At checkout, customers outside the local delivery zone will see live UPS discounted rates from Shopify.
Order Processing & Updates
- Local and UPS-shipped orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.

Packaging & Oversized Orders
- Orders are packed securely in insulated or padded packaging.
- For large or multi-box orders, a custom shipping quote may apply.
Returns & Damaged Goods
- Unfortunately, due to food safety, we do not accept returns on perishable items.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, lost, or spoiled, please email us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll issue a refund or replacement.
