Due to the nature of our products, all food, grocery, and perishable items are final sale and cannot be returned once delivered.
This policy ensures the safety, quality, and freshness of the products for all our customers.

Non-food items (such as kitchenware, accessories, or merchandise) may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please contact us before returning any item to confirm eligibility.

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order:

  • You received the wrong product

  • An item was missing from your order

  • An item arrived damaged, spoiled, or unusable

If verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement item (if available)

  • A credit toward your next order

  • A refund issued to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
